美容院

近所の商店街の美容院に行った。

はじめて来た店だったがきれいで広かった。

店はそれほど混んでいなくて２階に通された。

そこで雑誌を読みながら待っていたが、

待てど暮らせど何の反応もない。結局、放置プレイで２０分以上待たされた。

なんか一言くらい声かけろ、ぼけ。

肩もみマッサージみたいな余計なサービスする前に

最低限のサービスを徹底させろ

スパムメール

先日、孫正義からスパムメールが届いた。

早速、そのメールに

「２度とスパムメール送ってくるな。ぼけ、あほ」

と返信したところ

夜中にカスタマーセンターからメールが返って来ていた。

「この度は貴重なご意見有難うございます・・・・」

なにが貴重なご意見だ？

「すいませんでした」って一言くらい謝らねえのか、ぼけ。

スパイク

私の足の親指は、内出血していまにも爪が取れそうだ。

かなり痛々しい。

これもあれも某有名メーカーＭズノの野球スパイクのせいだ。

やたらと親指に重心のかかるスパイクなんか作るなよ・・・

１本指打法なんか流行らんぞ

ものまね

最近、部下が私のものまねをしているらしいと小耳にはさんだ。

まず椅子の座り方。深くかけて携帯を眺めている。

そしていつもの口癖。

「おまえさー、まったく付加価値感じないんだけど」

結構似ていて笑えない。

普段無意識な動作も部下はしっかり見ている。

最後に一言。ものまねやってる暇があったら仕事しろ

Ｅｘｃｅｌ

Excelでむかつくことがある。

やたらとセルの設定で「セルを結合する」を多用するバカがいる。

本人はかっこいい、と思っているのかもしれないが

セルを削除したり追加すると毎回エラーがでてうざいんだよ。

そういうときは「選択範囲内で中央」の機能を使うんだよ、

といいたいのだが、説明がめんどくさいのでやめた。

営業トーク

今日は、新人Ｆ君の同行。

私が隣に座っていたプレッシャーなのか、営業トークがだめだめ。

さっそく帰りに説教した。

「そんなトークじゃ、誰もお前には発注せんぞ！

　言っていることが支離滅裂だし、トークにまったく引き込まれない」

そういうとＦ君は

「やっぱ、そうですか。いろんな人ともっと同行していればよかった」

と他人のせいにしようとする。

「ばかもの、営業トークは自分の中で試行錯誤しながら生まれるもので

　他人のまねではないし、人によってぜんぜん違うんだよ」

とさらに説教された。

アポの後、お茶を飲みながら少し話をしたのだが

入社して５ヶ月ほどで鬼上司に怒られてどんな気持ちだったのだろうか。

Ｆ君はちょっとＭ気があるので、燃えていたかもしれん。

コミュニケーションとは

部下がおこしたトラブルをひきつづき対応。

原因は、クライアントとのミスコミュニケーション。

本人は何が原因でトラブルになったか分かっていない様子・・・

「ばかやろ、コミュニケーションというのは、相手に伝わってはじめて

　コミュニケーションっていうんだよ！！！相手が理解してなければ、

　意味ねえんだよ！」

と怒ってどなってみても、のれんに腕押し。

切れすぎて頭痛がしてきたので、今日は退散。

●佐々木　誠　（通称：怒りさん）

●１９７４年　鹿児島県国分市（霧島市）生まれ。
山と海に囲まれた恵まれた環境で育つ。国分西小学校では剣道、国分南中学校では柔道をやる。小学校３年生くらいにパソコン（MSX）を買い与えられて、パソコンにはまる。

●１９８９年　鹿児島県立鶴丸高校に入学。
学区外の５％枠でなんとか入学したが、田舎者扱いされる。住んでいるところから鹿児島市まで毎日１時間以上かけて通う。電車で寝過ごすと次の駅（霧島神宮駅）まで３０ｋｍほど離れているので、帰る手段がなかった。この頃、バンドにはまる。担当はキーボード。Ｘｊａｐａｎやユニコーンのコピーをやっていた。いちおう柔道部だったが寝技専門の柔道部員。

●１９９２年　大学受験浪人で上京。
駿台予備学校新宿校に通う。第１志望のT京大学は、合格発表まで見に行ったが見事に不合格。しかし翌日、後期で東工大を受け、何とか合格。

●１９９３年　東京工業大学
第７類に入学。これからはバイオの時代だと勝手に思い込み、バイオサイエンスを学ぶ。 卒論のテーマは「ウニ受精卵の研究」毎日、受精ばかり。。。１浪１留、飛び級なし、で卒業。そのころ、妻と渋谷で運命的？な出会いをする。サークルは野球のファミリープランナーズ（家族計画集団）。

●１９９８年　兼松株式会社に入社。
経理部（単体決算チーム）に１年間配属。 同期から「警備だろ！」と馬鹿にされる。決算期は忙しく相手にされず、仕事中に簿記の勉強をする。
最初の決算が、最終損益△500億、債権放棄1500億。いきなり洗礼を受ける。

２度目の決算が終わった後、食品本部（畜産部豪州ビーフチーム）に異動。
聴きなれないオージー英語に苦労する。電話が通じないので、英文メール攻撃。電話が一番いやで「●●さんいますか？」「アイ・アム！」（本当は、スピーキングが正しい）

●２０００年　株式会社サイバーエージェントに入社。
広告代理事業の営業チームに配属。当時の営業は３０名程度。その３０名でほぼ全社の売り上げを作っていた。ただの自慢話だが、２００１年１２月に、会社初の１億円プレーヤー
（給与ではなくて月間受注）となる。その後、営業マネージャー＞局長＞営業副統括などをやる。

●２００４年１０月　新規事業部に異動。
入社以来やりたかった新規事業の立ち上げを行う。アメーバｊｐ、CAガイド
の立ち上げをやりながら、営業を兼任していたが、F社長に「これからどうやっていくの？」と言われて、新規事業に注力することに。当時はジギョつくブーム。その後、ＣＡガイドはＪ１昇格（２００５年９月）。アメーバｊｐは、アメーバブログ、ＷｅｂＶｉｓｉｏｎと統合してアメーバ事業本部になる。

●２００５年７月
アメーバ事業本部営業企画部統括。
アメーバブログの収益化を担当し、営業、商品開発、クチコミ番付（現：ブログネタ） の立ち上げなどを行う。

●２００７年７月
インターネット広告事業本部メディア･コンテンツDIV統括に就任。
Yahoo!、mixiなどのメディア仕入れの責任者。2008年1-3月では、Yahoo!売上で代理店No.1となる。
